We’re sure you have all seen the news of Sarah Everard, a woman who was kidnapped and murdered by a Metropolitan police officer in London recently. The tragedy paired with the handling of the case, and subsequently the brutality displayed at the vigils have angered and outraged all of us - and we at Black Abbey decided to channel that into something positive, no matter how small the change may be.
Charity is going to be a big part of the way of Black Abbey, and the recent tragedy motivated us to start our efforts a little bit early. Sara, Ross, and Techno Hexe have all drawn and produced mini square 120mm x 120mm prints, and these are available as a set for £15, plus postage.
Cera Monstro have created a specially made candle - vegan, hand poured soy wax in your choice of clear or smoke coloured jar - with a light scent of a garden of forget me nots, available for £8 plus postage.
You can also buy a bundle of all three prints and 1 charity candle for just £20 plus postage.

100% of profits from all of these products will be split equally between Rape Crisis Scotland, and Women’s Aid Scotland, two very worthy and inclusive causes devoted to protecting those in need, and also raising awareness, educating, and preventing crimes against women around the country.
We’re also contributing to the amazing raffle the kind hearts of @sacredheartsartclub have organised - Black Abbey has donated a tote bag, our charity print set, a charity candle, and a Black Abbey sticker pack.
